  • If we can’t find the contact you request, you don’t pay — zero risk.
  • Replacements are offered for any data that bounces or is proven invalid within 7 days of delivery.

⚠️ What’s Not Covered:

  • Changes in contact status after delivery (e.g., job switch, email deactivation).
  • Misuse or mishandling of data on the client’s end.
  • Requests outside the original scope or without proper input.

If you’re not satisfied with the accuracy or quality of our work, simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your data. We’ll investigate the issue and work to resolve it promptly — whether through corrections, replacements, or adjustments.
